Things worth writing about

• A lesson that is wrong, confusing, or about the wrong game.
• Games that will not import, or import and never analyse.
• You cannot sign in, or your invitation link no longer works.
• You want your account and everything in it deleted.

What helps

The email address on your Blunderbase account, roughly when it happened, and the link to the Chess.com game if the problem is about a particular one. Do not send your password; nobody at Blunderbase will ever ask for it.

What Blunderbase will not do

Blunderbase will not help during a live game. Everything here is about games that have already finished.
